This is not a vintage piece but part of the Betsey Johnson Vintage Collection where Betsey remade some styles from her '80s punk label.
Body-hugging black cotton/acrylic knit sweater dress with off-white skull and crossbones design, mock turtleneck, 3/4 length sleeves and metal zipper up the right arm. Unzip halfway for extra rock and roll attitude. Dress has some stretch to it.
