Laura Satzman is a Native New Yorker born in the 70's.  She studied art at Cornell University where she vowed she would never have a career working in an office. She then ended up working in an office for 11 years as a handbag designer and creative director for various brands in New York City.  Intermittently, she launched two handbag brands of her own that sold at Bergdorf Goodman, Intermix, Henri Bendel, ssense.com and shopbop.com.

After having her son, she decided to finally leave the corporate world of fashion.

Taking 2 years off to search her soul, she launched Rock Redux as a platform to express her creativity without boundaries.

Her collecting of vintage clothes and accessories all started when she began to incorporate them into her portraits of legendary musicians such as

Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, and Jimi Hendrix.

As a result, Rock Redux is an edited mix of premium rock and roll

vintage fashion.
