Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner (Monday-Friday). As a rule, we cannot cancel orders that have already been placed, but if you have made a mistake with your order, feel free to email us immediately after placing your order and we will try to accommodate you as best as we can.
Items are sent via USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Express Mail shipping is also available and generally takes one day to arrive after the order has shipped. To upgrade your shipping from Priority Mail to Express Mail, or to add insurance, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We add signature confirmation as an extra security measure to avoid package theft.
If you would like your package shipped without signature confirmation, please email us immediately after placing your order explaining that you prefer to exclude confirmation, but be aware that we are not responsible for packages that aren't received when you choose this option.

PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL is our default shipping method for orders shipped outside the USA. It is a mid-priced method that usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive, and includes basic tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance.
EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL usually arrives within 5-7 days after processing orders and comes with tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance. This shipping method is recommended for time-sensitive deliveries. Note that depending on the customs department of the customer's country, it may take longer than 5-7 days.

All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that these fees change per country and we have no way of estimating how much they might be as they are determined by your country. We are required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting your local post office.
All items are final sale. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds. Due to the fact that all items on the site are secondhand or vintage, a great deal of time is spent photographing the pieces to look as they do in real life. In addition, detailed descriptions and measurements are provided. Since all items are vintage and may be delicate, Rock Redux is not responsible for any additional wear/tears/fading that may occur once item has been worn.
