Beautiful rock and roll sheer silk black and white striped Nina Ricci Paris blouse from the 1970's. Ruffled collar, front detail and cuffs. Decorative rhinestone buttons down the front. Waist is cinched (without elastic) and there's a zipper down the back. Puffed shoulders and blouson sleeves.
